Idolspace is the place for you!! Wotagei (Cheer!) your heart out while you watch independent idols, cosplay idols, and related music and dance acts take the stage!
If you’re an idol or related act, we invite you to apply for one of our Idolspace Stage Performance Slots. This is your own 30 minute show where you’re the star! We love to see a variety of acts, from independent idols and anisong coverists, to cosplay idols and dance groups. If you have an interactive music act-we want to see it!
Performing at Idolspace takes a lot of time and dedication, but is not without its rewards! In addition to having the chance to shine on our stage, accepted Idolspace Stage acts will receive:

The COSPlaylist Idol Festival is our festival just for Cosplay/2.5D idols. If you perform as an existing character from a popular franchise, and want to bring your favorite characters to life, this show is for you!
Each act will be given around 10 minutes to perform 2-3 songs from their chosen franchise during this festival.
In addition to having the chance to shine on our Featured Events stage, accepted COSPlaylist Idol Festival will receive:
The Now Presenting…Idol Festival is our special idol festival for original idols who are making their debut, or have debuted within 12 months of Otakon 2026 (July 2025 or later).
Each act will have between 10-12 minutes (2-3 songs) to perform during this festival. Take the stage with the next generation of independent idols here!
